Today, Dairy Belle is a landmark in the community. The place sits 100 people under a covered patio. In the peak of our season, we serve over 700 people a day, use over 12 gallons of brown gravy a day and buy over 11,000 pounds of Wisconsin curd cheese a year for our famous POUTINE. Our caramel sauce for sundaes is still homemade and so is our loved Italian spaghetti meat sauce, just like the first day we open.
